This app makes taking medication so simple. Its easy to use and helps me keep track of quantity and supply.

The developer has really done this right. This is an excellent app that I use every day to remind me to take meds at difficult-to-remember intervals (e.g., every 8 hours). The features, including the log, are extremely practical. You can delay prompts for any time period you choose, to avoid being interrupted during a meeting or during a later than usual morning sleep. It gently reminds you when you do not respond the first time. I am very grateful I found this app. Thank you! UPDATE: I have now used this for almost 3 months and could not be more pleased. UPDATE 2: still delighted with this wonderful, faithful, reliable app. Thanks to the developer for keeping it up to date! UPDATE 3: Still rock solid reliable and incredibly useful. UPDATE 4: very grateful for this wonderful app!

My husband has a terminal condition and this app has been a life saver keeping track of the many meds that he is on. It is very flexible to track even overdose warnings (e.g. at least 4 hours in between doses). There are some improvements needed that could make this app even better. It would be great if this app allows login account where you can log in and track meds for a single person from multiple devices and allows meds to be entered on a computer. Also would be helpful to have apple watch app where it would remind you to take the meds.

This app is perfect if you have to keep track of multiple meds, oddly scheduled meds or just meds that are taken as needed. There are so many options available for scheduling that any med in any dosage schedule can be entered, even those that are only taken on certain days of the week. This app is well worth the price paid!!

As has been noted by others, the interface is not the prettiest, but that is more than made up for by the flexibility and power of this app. Any type of med schedule I can think of, including PRN (as needed) can be accommodated. The minimum times and overdose warnings are great. And details about dosing such as "each tablet is 500mg, and I take two at each dose" are handled beautifully. Fantastic app.

Giving this app another try. Ive used it before and had a fatal error that wiped out EVERYTHING. Every time I entered my info again, a few days later, the same fatal error and wipe out! I have tried about approx 15 other med apps since then and nothing even comes close the features of Medi-Prompt. I have noticed some upgrades am excited to try it again. This is definitely the app for me! There have been upgrades to fix the bugs and Im JAZZED! I highly recommend this app to anyone that needs to keep track of their meds or anyone elses. Its great for caregivers too!!!

Takes care of all those real world medication edge cases that every other medication tracker does not.

Please see below my previous review!! That was last year this is now. After the update the warm fuzzy feeling left. All the program does now is lots of inaccurate timers and freezing scenes the UP-DATE IVE HAD TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PROGRAM. OR BACK TO PAPER. One star is pushing it. Awesome, thanks, keep up the good work. For me this app. is just what I needed, it does everything that I would have expected, and more. Give it a try. Thank you!

Love this app. I take several different meds everyday and this app helps me to keep track of all of them. Its also great when I have to fill out forms on which meds I take. All my info is all together in one place. Very easy to use and keeps me organized.

This was just what I needed for a complicated prescription regimen.

Great app to organize your meds or supplements, especially when they are taken multiple times a day and not at the same time. Many great features to protect yourself from mixing meds, taking too much, or too close together. All entries logged, with feature to export to csv file and review. Most time consuming is initial set up of each medicine but once done, the app takes it from there. Worth every penny.

Its a very good app and I like it a lot. However, I do find it to be a little complicated and confusing in some areas. Overall, Im pleased!

I have been writing the developer, saying what I would like changed in this app, now and then, for a while now. Finally all of my suggestions are in the app. I stuck with this app because even without my suggestions fulfilled it was the best option, but now that all my needs are met with recent updates, its an extra joy to use. And Im taking some of the credit for speaking up about what I wanted (I always got answers to my emails too, very politely, even when my list of suggestions was long!). So even if there is something not quite perfect for you...get the app and send an email, youll probably see it in an update (just dont undo any of my suggestions!). I have this app in my dock (one of the four icons at the bottom) because it is part of my routine all day long. Actually, I just remembered one feature Im still waiting for...I want the minutes til next dose to appear in the app badge (I only have one med but the app could let you pick a primary med and tell you how many minutes til its next dose), so I wouldnt even have to open the app to see, the # of minutes would always be visible from any page by looking at my dock. Still, a 5 star app as is. Thanks for the hard work.

This app has saved me missing my medication countless times. Its mind blowing how customizable the schedule is. Ive tried many other medicine alert apps and this is by far the best.

Great app helps me keep track of my meds. It lets me know when I need to refill. Doesnt let me take to soon without a warning. I couldnt ask for more. The color coding is truly a plus. The design is really nice.

I bought this app because my old one crashed. I take a lot of meds and vitamins. The app is very easy to use and understand. Im an old person with a limited tech knowledge. I was able to entered my meds and vitamins and have the reminders within hours. The big plus for me is the color coding and the at-a-glance view. I can see whats up next easy. Medi-Prompt Support was quick and very helpful in answering all my questions. Im satisfied thats why this app gets a 5* from me!

I have been using Medi-Prompt daily since it first came out. I compared it to the other med tracking apps and find Medi-Prompt to be the best by far for keeping track of my meds. It is feature rich and supremely useful in so many ways. For instance, I take it with me to doc visits, ER/hospital visits, etc. More than just allowing me to keep a daily record of meds taken, I can show my healthcare providers an accurate and complete history of each drugs usage. I use the notes section to record such things as side effects experienced, reasons why I was prescribed a specific medication, and other details. The app makes it easy to recall start-stop dates for any med. It lets me know if Ive missed a dose and warns me if Im about to take a med too soon. Color-coding is very useful (eg. blue=respiratory meds, yellow=urinary tract meds, red=pain meds, orange=GI meds, etc.) The log feature is invaluable for sharing with docs, tracking the course of an illness for which meds (e.g. antibiotics) were prescribed, and much more. I find, for me, in most cases "ad hoc" entries are easiest to manage. However, the "timed doses", "regular intervals", and other options are equally useful depending on circumstances. Everything is covered in this app! I recommend it to friends, show it to providers and pharmacists (they all love it), and I cant say enough about what a positive difference Medi-Prompt has made for me (and my family) in med management. Safety, accuracy, record-keeping, the prompting feature, all my meds (and events, but thats another use Ive come up with) listed in one place - its all here and more at my fingertips. P.S. I have to add that the updates just make this app better and that response to questions and suggestions from Medi-Prompt support is fast and thorough. Thank you! About Version 2.6 - Medi-Prompt is the best Ive seen. I and my family continue to use it daily. It has been most helpful not only for maintaining a daily log for multiple medications but also for better communication with our doctors and other healthcare providers.
